Standard Shipping
At SupplyMatic.com, standard ground shipping charges are applied using the table below:

Estimated delivery times for standard shipping orders is 1-5 business days, Monday through Friday. We only ship to Contiguous United States addresses at this time.

Shipping Exceptions
We cannot ship to the following:

• Alaska and Hawaii
• PO Boxes
• APO and FPO addresses
• Private mail box locations

Freight/LTL Shipping
Some of the products we carry will require freight delivery due to size and weight. Orders that include freight delivery will be contacted via phone by the shipping company to setup a time frame for delivery. Freight deliveries to residential addresses are only to the curbside. Additional fees may be assessed to the customer if delivery beyond the curbside is required and is a responsibility of the customer. Also, additional fees due to missed delivery appointments and re-deliveries are a responsibility of the customer. Depending on the products orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for your freight delivery.
